1 - How do I buy it?

3 - How long does it take for my product to arrive?
A: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination address. Immediate shipping from São Paulo.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code to follow each stage of the delivery directly on our website.

4 - Do you deliver to my area?
A: We deliver throughout Brazil via Correios (Brazilian postal service).

5 - What are the payment methods?
A: We accept payments via bank slip, Pix (Brazil's instant payment system), and credit card. Bank slip payments can be made at any bank branch, online, or at the nearest lottery outlet.

6 - Can I pay in installments via bank slip?
A: Installment payments are only accepted via credit card.

7 - Can I generate a duplicate payment slip?
A: Yes, you can! Just keep an eye on your phone; if you haven't made the payment yet, we'll send you a link so you can generate a new payment slip with an updated date. You can also contact us to request a new payment slip.

8 - Where does the product come from?
A: Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in São Paulo, guaranteeing fast and secure delivery throughout Brazil.

9 - Can I pick it up in person?
A: No, all orders reach our customers through the postal service.

10 - Can I modify my order, add more items, or change the delivery address?
A: We cannot change order details after invoicing, therefore there is no way to modify your order information.

11 - Is there a warranty?

12 - What if my delivery is late?
A: Rest assured. We are tracking your order to ensure it reaches your delivery address. Our average delivery time is 3 to 6 business days (this may vary by region).

If you already have your order, please provide the order number along with the buyer's CPF (Brazilian tax identification number); this will expedite your service.
