Corvella Shipping Policy

The products shown in our store are shipped directly from our warehouse in São Paulo, to the address provided at checkout when completing your order.

The product will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation in our system.

We guarantee a tracking code, allowing the customer to follow the progress of their order delivery.

Please note: In certain cases, the delivery time may be extended by a few more business days due to logistical delays, strikes, holidays, periods of high demand at the Post Office, or other external factors beyond our control.

Payment Confirmation

After purchase, payment confirmation may take 1 to 3 business days , according to the rules of the payment gateway and credit card companies.

Logistics Processing

You will receive the tracking code via email and through the contact information provided during purchase. The tracking code will be sent within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

It is important to check the products upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged, open, or broken, refuse delivery and immediately contact our Customer Service Center .

Delivery is always made by the Post Office; however, in some situations, such as the recipient being absent or delivery restrictions in the region, the Post Office may leave a notice for the product to be picked up at the nearest branch.

Order Tracking

The tracking code will be sent within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Products damaged during shipping are the responsibility of the postal service.

The customer is fully responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If the product is returned due to an incorrect address or insufficient information, a new shipment will only be made upon payment of new shipping costs.

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be available for pickup at the post office within the timeframe specified by the carrier. If it is not picked up, the product will be returned to the sender abroad, and a new shipment will depend on negotiation between the store and the customer.
