Refund Policy
Corvella Refund Policy
Our commitment is to your complete satisfaction. If you have purchased a product from our online store and need to request a refund, please let us know. For refunds, exchanges, or returns, please follow the guidelines below, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990).
1. Dissatisfaction with the Product
The customer may request a return due to dissatisfaction within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code .
2. Defective Product
If the product has a manufacturing defect, the deadline for requesting an exchange or refund is 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt. For defects such as damaged glass or screen, visible scratches, or missing parts, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receipt and send images of the received package. After this period, the problem will be considered to be due to misuse.
The first step for an exchange or return is to contact our Customer Service Center , which will provide all the instructions on the procedure.
Conditions for Returns Due to Dissatisfaction
- The product must not show any signs of use.
- If the product has an adjustable feature (e.g., watches with removable links), it must not have been altered.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the postal service packaging with the label intact.
- Failure to comply with the above conditions will invalidate the refund or exchange.
After we receive the package, an analysis will be carried out to confirm that the return conditions have been met. If approved, the customer can choose between:
- Exchange for another product available in our stock.
- You will receive a refund for the product price. Shipping costs will not be refunded if the item received is correct and in perfect condition.
Guarantee
All Corvella products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt.
To activate the warranty, the customer must send us a video of up to 1 minute demonstrating the problem. The video must include the product packaging (with the postal label visible).
If the customer chooses to send photos, it is essential that the defect is visible and that the packaging also appears in the image.
Note: Corvella does not provide technical assistance and does not have authorized service centers. Our team will offer support to find the best possible solution within our refund policy.
Cases Not Covered by the Warranty
The guarantee This does not cover cosmetic damage that occurs after product delivery, such as broken or cracked screens. Also not covered are:
- Damage caused by liquids (e.g., submersion in water, fluid spills).
- Defects caused by attempted repairs or modifications made by the customer or third parties.
- Improper use of accessories.
- Damage resulting from natural wear and tear of the product (e.g., scratches on the screen, oxidation from uric acid).
- Acceptable reduction in battery life.
- Tests performed by the customer to verify durability (e.g., impact tests, water resistance).
